I determined to end my suffering and badly wanted a deep sleep without being hallucinated or having problem closing my eyes.

Sleep Well Tonight and say bye to Insomnia

Sleep Well Tonight and say bye to Insomnia, and that is our mission for this 2010!
Let us commit to end this problem by encouraging each other who has problem with sleeping.
Hi,my name is Jordan and this blog is dedicated to all of you, insomnia sufferer!

I myself, was in a bad state anytime I tried to closed my eyes just for a rest a night.
I suffered anxiety and panic attack,(that two is one of the main factor to sleepless night!),
I scared to closed my eyes, imagining that i will never be abkle to opened my eyes again.
I wasn't sure if it was the death I was imagining, but somehow it terrified me anytime I went to bed.
I believe even for other reason,we all have those common problems.
